The footer states it plainly: Stake is owned and operated by Medium Rare N.V., registration number 145353, registered at Seru Loraweg 17 B, Curaçao, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/1451/0918. Now the part most reviews bury. Stake’s terms carry one of the longest prohibited-jurisdiction lists in the industry: it includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and much of the EU — among them Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Greece and Sweden — plus Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Peru.
