For affiliate partnerships, review requests or corrections to your product’s data, use the same address with “Partnership” in the subject. Read the affiliate disclosure first: commissions never buy scores, and reviews stay independent regardless of any deal.
What we can’t help with
We don’t handle complaints against casinos — we’re a review site, not the operator, a regulator or a dispute service. If a casino owes you money or has blocked your account: contact its support in writing first; if that fails, escalate to the licensing authority named in the casino’s footer, or to the ADR (alternative dispute resolution) service listed in its terms.
